Let’s start the conversation on “Dual Diagnosis’”. Sometimes people can have both mental health and addiction challenges, this is termed Dual Diagnosis. People may experience at times feelings of being in no man’s land, trying to navigate both mental health services and addiction services. In this workshop we will explore through discussion and interactive learning, what the term Dual diagnosis means, where it comes from, what it’s like living with a dual diagnosis of mental health and addiction challenges and navigating the support networks available. The work shop aims to explore the challenges and benefits to living well with a Dual Diagnosis, through interactive discussions and shared learning.
