This is an online workshop where you can learn from an expert in Nutrition on how to eat foods that increase your health and strengthen your recovery. You will learn how to prepare simple, healthy, and cost effective meals. In addition to this you will also learn a variety of different practices and habits that are necessary to have good quality sleep and full daytime alertness and energy. You don’t need to have cooking experience to take part.
